ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Working on behalf of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability
and Youth, Pobal manage a range of funding programmes and supports for
over 4,**Apply on the website** Early Learning & Care services in
Ireland as part of First 5 ? the whole of Government strategy to
improve the lives of babies, young children and their families.
The purpose of the role is to connect Pobal services and stakeholders
in achieving service excellence.
The Service Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement Manager is be
responsible for managing a range of communications, training and
engagement functions and promoting service excellence. Reporting to
the Director of Early Years Operations, the manager will be
responsible for building a deep understanding of the requirements and
expectations of Pobal stakeholders, working to ensure that Pobal
consistently meet, manage and exceed their expectations in a
professional, courteous and respectful manner.
